Operations Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-focused individual to fill an entry-level operations position. This role is primarily responsible for accurate data management, timely customer follow-ups, and efficient project execution.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and meet deadlines.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys precision and consistency in execution, with potential growth into project management or finance operations as the company grows.
Responsibilities:- Acurately enter and update customer and project data into company systems.
- Monitor and manage form submissions and permit application records.
- Prepare and send customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on pending dues.
- Support customer follow-ups via email or CRM to keep projects on track.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or admin support (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exposure to international operations in a fast-growing U.S. startup.
- Pathway to move into Project Management or Finance Operations.
