Work Location: Santacruz West (In Office)

Work Experience Required: 1 to 2 years with a strong portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior designers in creating innovative designs.
  • Accompany and assist lead designer during client meetings at job sites and showrooms.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings, take measurements/photos of projects and maintain accurate records.
  • Create CAD drawings for client projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Research decor and materials; provide pricing, availability, stock, etc., and make informed decisions.
  • Place orders, purchase materials, pick up and deliver as needed.
  • Submit receipts for all purchases and orders, maintaining transparency in our financial operations.
  • Track and communicate status of orders; resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain spreadsheets with client selections/finish materials, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Schedule for the designer, contractors, clients, vendors, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Respond to client questions and concerns, providing timely project updates.
  • Meet vendors, assist with installations, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Submit detailed hours (billable and non-billable) and mileage log monthly, supporting our transparent billing practices.
