Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the full sales order lifecycle from receipt to execution.

  • Coordination with various departments for timely project completion
  • Technical document submission and receivables follow-up
  • Professional correspondence with customers

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong letter drafting skills, and the ability to speak Hindi. The role also requires experience in sales order processing/documentation in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce or a related field is mandatory. 3-7 years of relevant experience is required along with ERP system experience and good proficiency in MS Excel/Word.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Receive and process customer orders in the ERP system
  • Documentation & Technical Submissions: Maintain organized documentation for orders, contracts, and dispatches
  • Communication & Letter Drafting: Draft professional letters and emails for customer correspondence
  • Customer Coordination & Payment Follow-up: Communicate order status, delays, and delivery schedules to clients
  • Dispatch & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with stores/logistics for on-time dispatch
  • Reporting: Maintain dashboards for open orders, document status, dispatch timelines, and receivables

This role involves travel for customer meetings, dispatch follow-ups, or project-related coordination as needed.
