Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Professional to join our team at HTC Global Services.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical individual to leverage their expertise in insurance domain business analysis, policy administration solutions, and Agile Scrum methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide critical support to our commercial line of business by analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain technical documentation, user stories, and business specification documents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in the insurance domain.
  • Strong understanding of policy administration solutions, including Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center, and Billing Center.
  • Experience working with Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using standard project and business tools, including JIRA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint.
