Job Description

An Integrated Communications agency is hiring for the profile of Public Relations Executive/ Assistant Manager.


Location: Delhi

Experience: 1-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sharing salient points post WIP Call
  2. Provide relevant and strategic inputs (based on the business / communication objective of the partner) in closing content including pitch notes with a focused approach
  3. Drive authored article content, quarterly review + plans and annual review + plans basis the client's brief.
  4. Lead the team in media outreach for all partners in terms of media intelligence and strategic way to reach out to them.
  5. Build and sustain relationships with 35 journalists from principal / senior correspondents to editors in a year.
  6. Ensuring SOWs are being met to the T – on a weekly-basis so that strategic remedial actions can be taken in due time.
  7. Ensure error-free reporting - WIP reports, month reports, salient points of WIP calls and quarterly plans.
  8. Lead WIP call with partners.
  9. Be cognizant of the business objective of the partner and devise PR plans / strategies as per the same.
  10. Ensure QLA standards are maintained throughout the contract period.
  11. Provide counsel (strategic) inputs on media opportunities as well as tactful replies to partners.
  12. Drive relationship with partner POC / become the day-to-day go-to person for partner POC.
  13. Ensure partner satisfaction does not fall below 8/10
  14. Mentor and train levels below them
  15. Ensure solid teamwork.
