Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist - Email CampaignsAbout the RoleYou will lead the strategic development, execution, and continuous optimization of email marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement and driving conversions. As the manager – Email Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting persuasive content, managing list segmentation, scheduling, and analyzing performance metrics for impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement email marketing and lead generation strategies, incorporating CRM management and team development (data researchers, pre-sales).
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with the company's growth goals.
- Design and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive results.
- Create and manage a strategic email marketing calendar that aligns with company offerings and key initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, analytics, and design teams to deliver impactful, targeted campaigns that engage the audience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in email marketing and lead generation.
- Strong proficiency with email marketing tools, analytics, and advanced list segmentation strategies.
- Expertise in content creation with a keen eye for design, along with hands-on experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- In-depth understanding of USA and INDIA markets, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between ₹12,00,000 and ₹20,00,000 depending on experience.
