Enterprise Business Architect

  • Contribute to the extending the knowledge repository of the current and future state IT and business landscape, from many perspectives, and in many formats.
  • Assisting with capability, technology, and service analyses and selection process.
  • Drive privacy, security, control, and compliancy by design as part of the Enterprise Architecture processes and workshops.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, master degree desired
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis/enterprise architecture
  • Strong understanding of business capabilities, capability models, and maturity assessments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
  • Experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Architecture Governance and Compliance: TOGAF certification desirable
  • Experience with LeanIX and maintaining architecture artifacts
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify architecture-related risks and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
