About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Coimbatore. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for configuring and managing our Ivalua Procure to Pay solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure workflow steps, create performer functions, approvers, and approval buttons in Ivalua.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and objectives.
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions and document business requirements.
- Define test plans, create test scripts, and complete site-specific quality assurance testing.
- Manage user management processes in Ivalua, including user creation, profile updates, and authorization.
- Update master data via ETL and handle L2 & L3 issues in Purchase Requisitions, Budget, Catalogs, Sourcing projects, Contracts, Orders, Deliveries, and Auctions.
- Monitor open tickets in ServiceNow and resolve issues within prescribed Service Level Agreements.
- Provide Ivalua training to business users across Asia, Europe, and America regions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in IT.
- Hands-on experience with Ivalua Procure to Pay solution.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (7am-4pm & 2pm-11pm).
