Job Description:

As a Founding Software Engineer - Backend, you will be pivotal in building and scaling backend systems for our AI-driven sales platform. Working closely with technical leadership, you will design and deploy solutions that improve the GTM strategies of B2B companies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and APIs using Python and Django, implementing and optimizing data storage with MongoDB, ensuring scalability and reliability through AWS infrastructure, collaborating with teams to understand business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs using Python and Django

- Implement and optimize data storage with MongoDB

- Ensure scalability and reliability through AWS infrastructure

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in backend development with Python and Django

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and AWS

- Strong grasp of software development best practices (version control, CI/CD, testing)

- Experience in startups is a plus

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

- Passion for building scalable systems that deliver business value
