Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor at Estee Lauder Companies, you will play a key role in providing a personalized and inspirational in-store experience for our customers. You will combine your creative and technical expertise in makeup to educate and delight our customers, while working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
  • Combine makeup knowledge and passion for people to educate and delight customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create impact with in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable

Requirements:
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
