Sales and Marketing Expert

We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive with a proven track record in IT Product Sales, HRMS Sales, SAAS Sales, and IT Solution Sales to join our team at ABS INTERNATIONAL.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle for Business solutions in assigned regions, focusing on ERP, CRM, HRMS, and SAAS products.
- Engage in strategic discussions with C-level executives and present value pitches.
- Analyze customer needs to tailor product offerings.
- Develop and achieve sales strategies, annual sales plans, and quarterly targets.
- Prospect and pitch to client organizations, managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Generate business insights from competitor data, offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Identify and attract potential customers through various means, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree with a Marketing background.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive in software sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in hunting and acquiring new logos, showcasing exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with decision-makers.
- Good domain understanding of key industries and sound knowledge of the latest business and technological trends.
