We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive with a proven track record in IT Product Sales, HRMS Sales, SAAS Sales, and IT Solution Sales to join our team at ABS INTERNATIONAL.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales cycle for Business solutions in assigned regions, focusing on ERP, CRM, HRMS, and SAAS products.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with C-level executives and present value pitches.
  • Analyze customer needs to tailor product offerings.
  • Develop and achieve sales strategies, annual sales plans, and quarterly targets.
  • Prospect and pitch to client organizations, managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Generate business insights from competitor data, offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify and attract potential customers through various means, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking events.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with a Marketing background.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive in software sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in hunting and acquiring new logos, showcasing exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with decision-makers.
  • Good domain understanding of key industries and sound knowledge of the latest business and technological trends.
