Additional responsibilities include independently providing formatting support on PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, working with requestors to understand sketched data and ideas, and help transform them into appealing and relevant visuals, and assisting colleagues (researchers/consultants/EAs) in improving the quality of their client documents. ", "Key Skills and Qualifications": "To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills in Excel, Word, and presentations including template as well as theme creation. You will also need to possess a design thinker mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box while working with the brand guidelines, be attentive to detail, and independently manage brand adherence requests. Additionally, you should have the ability to communicate independently with requestor to understand requirements, understand the audience and prepare presentation according to the various market segments, and proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing them constructively. ", "Designing Knowledge and Experience": "We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of professional experience preferably in working with formatting teams and working independently with global clients. You should have min experience of 1+ years in the formatting services with the ability to manage the requests end to end (understand requests, clarify questions directly with the requestor and deliver with minimal to no support). Good knowledge of MS Office is required, and knowledge of Adobe software will be preferred. Experience in working with brand guidelines and templates in a larger corporate organization is also necessary.
