We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager for our Site Sourcing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Timely completion of Lease Sourcing Work (LSW) and prompt possession of premises for interior works.
  • Execution of interior works at sourced properties in allocated territory.
  • Smooth project handover without any issues with owners and municipal agencies.
  • Coordination with property consultants, legal advocates, owners, internal clients and finance department.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site sourcing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
