Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the value our customers derive from our product and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes and maximize customer success
  • Provide product training and support to customers
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies

Requirements

  • Relevant 2 to 5 years of work experience in a high-touch Customer Success or Strategic Consulting role
  • Experience working directly with Large Enterprise Customers in the Americas region
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about solving problems and driving business outcomes
