Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IP Analyst to manage and protect our intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, particularly in battery technology and energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on existing patents and analyze their relevance to Trydan Tech's innovations.

• Identify potential patent infringements and evaluate the patentability of new inventions.

• Maintain and manage the company's IP portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.

• Ensure timely filing and renewal of patents and trademarks.

• Collaborate with R&D, legal, and business teams to develop and implement strategies for protecting Trydan Tech's intellectual property.

• Perform Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis to assess the risk of infringement before launching new products or entering new markets.

• Assist in drafting patent applications and coordinate with external patent attorneys to ensure accurate and timely filing.

• Monitor competitors' IP activities and provide insights on potential challenges or opportunities.

• Support licensing negotiations and collaborations by providing IP-related insights and ensuring the protection of Trydan Tech's proprietary technologies.

• Maintain accurate records of all IP-related activities, including invention disclosures, patent filings, and IP audits.

• Generate regular reports on the status of the IP portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.

• Additional qualifications in Intellectual Property Law are highly desirable.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IP Analyst, preferably in energy storage, battery technology, or related industries.

• Registered Patent agent is Mandatory.

• Strong understanding of patent law and intellectual property management.

• Ability to analyze complex technical documents and patents.

• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in using patent databases and IP management software.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chemistry, Material Science, or From Science Background.

• Familiarity with international patent laws and procedures.

• Experience with IP litigation and enforcement.
