We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive our company's growth in India. This role is pivotal in driving the company's expansion through effective marketing strategies and robust business development initiatives.

Job Description

This position will play a crucial role in implementing activation strategies to promote brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, partnership management, and business development.

  • Develop and implement activation strategies to promote brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing and contract negotiations.

The successful candidate will be proficient in CRM tools, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event coordination, partnership management, and business development.
  • Proven experience in activation marketing, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to the company's growth, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹1,500,000 per annum

This position requires flexibility to work outside regular business hours may be required to support events and webinars. You will also have the opportunity to travel for conferences, CMEs, RTMs, and other events.
