Key Responsibilities:
- Support the OEM business in driving growth and increasing Lubrizol's share of opportunity.
- Build and deliver OEM Group India strategies to support Lubrizol's business objectives.
- Develop and maintain extensive networks of contacts at OEM accounts and within Lubrizol teams.
- Identify and develop opportunities for innovative new technologies that expand Lubrizol's business portfolio.
- Provide market insights and contribute to the global OEM team.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the lubricant, chemical, or related industry or experience working with OEMs.
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Chemical Technology).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
