Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Intern to join our team at Cloud Counselage. This role involves onboarding new customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
About the Role
- Customer Onboarding & Support: Assist new customers in getting started with our platform, ensuring effective use, and developing strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly through our platform and Freshdesk, collaborating with support teams.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving service.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work with Marketing, Support teams to meet customer needs and share feedback. Collect feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and success metrics.
- FAQ Management: Collaborate with the FAQ team to create and update FAQs based on common customer questions and issues to enhance their experience.
