Senior Financial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Management: Ensure timely compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, including AOC-4, MGT-7A, Form 8, Form 11, and DPT-03 filings.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-3B) and annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C), as well as handle income tax computations, TDS deductions, and ITR filings.
- Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting systems, prepare financial statements, trial balances, and MIS reports, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with RBI regulations for foreign investments, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), and ODI/FDI filings, and ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) requirements.
- UAE Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and ESR (Economic Substance Regulations).
