Senior Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analytics Specialist to lead our pharmaceutical analytics efforts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with pharma clients, leveraging longitudinal real-world patient datasets to uncover key trends and opportunities using advanced analytics. They will be responsible for conducting market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Build interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience working with pharma clients, leveraging longitudinal real-world patient datasets.
  • Strong solutioning mindset: able to engage directly with clients, unpack requirements through probing Q&A, and own the problem-solution path.
  • Proven client communication skills: confident running stakeholder meetings and presenting insights.
  • Team leadership experience: managing and mentoring analysts/scientists, setting standards, reviewing work, and building repeatable best practices.
  • Technical excellence: advanced SQL, Python, data viz in Power BI, and power-user of Excel.
