About the Role: We are looking for self-starters who can take ownership and navigate ambiguity with ease. If you are passionate about working in a fast-growing firm and are ready to get your hands dirty, we want to hear from you. As an articulate problem solver, you will be able to explain complex solutions to novice customers. Honesty and trustworthiness are essential virtues in this role. Good sales and negotiation skills are a must, with experience in quota-driven sales being a plus. Experience in payments and finance is desirable but not mandatory.

Expectations & Requirements: The ideal candidate will own monthly and quarterly targets on various metrics and lead by example to acquire new clients and manage key relationships in existing clients. Apart from carrying a quota-driven sales target, the candidate should be able to work effectively with internal stakeholders like product, growth, finance, and champion the merchant's perspective within the organization. The candidate should possess an MBA from a reputable college and have at least 3-6 years of overall experience.
