We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our operations team at Talentiser, a leading SAAS startup based in Noida.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations in tech-heavy environments and experience in leading teams and implementing successful operational strategies. This role involves overseeing the design and execution of all operational systems, ensuring they meet the demands of a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that leverage our advanced technology platform to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, & customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to meet client demands and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure that all external partnerships align with company goals and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as an escalation point for critical issues.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to support business growth and client acquisition efforts.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across various operational functions, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:

Educational Background:A degree from a top-tier institution (IITs, IIMs, or other Tier 1 universities) in a relevant field, with a proven track record in scaling operations in tech-heavy environments.

Extensive Experience:10+ years in operations management, with a proven track record in leading teams and implementing successful operational strategies.

Exceptional Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Vendor Management Expertise: Proven experience in vendor negotiations and managing relationships to achieve favorable outcomes.

Salary:$120000 - $150000 per annum, depending on experience.
