Job Description:

At Insight Enterprises, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled SLS Consultant to join our team. As an SLS Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting services to our clients, focusing on software licensing and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and delivery of operational implementation of SAM tooling, including data preparation and configuration.

  • Delivery of licensing analyses and reconciliations, utilizing population of SLS Analysts for data gathering, preparation, and analysis.

  • Quality assurance of SLS Analyst's work.

  • Coordination of multiple concurrent tasks, tracking progress against deadlines and expected effort.

  • Delivery of analyses and observations to support improved efficiency in client and Insight operations.

  • Second-line subject matter assistance to clients via the service desk.

  • Contribution to the LCS knowledge base and process libraries.

  • Proactive engagement with local account teams and solution sales teams to build understanding of client requirements.

  • Technical pre-sales advisory to Account Managers and Inside Sales Associates.

  • Support for SLS Analysts' onboarding and development.

  • Analysis of opportunities to increase Insight services footprint within clients.

Requirements:

  • IT and licensing knowledge for at least three software publishers, including certification.

  • High-level written and spoken English.

  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with peers and stakeholders.

  • Ability to interpret multiple data sets and summarize key points.

  • Execution of product functionality demonstrations for SAM tools.

  • Developing business acumen with awareness of client needs and service quality perceptions.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with various IT tools, such as Microsoft SCCM, ServiceNow, or SQL scripting.

  • Fluency in an additional European language.

  • Relevant professional Project Management qualification.

  • Ability to deliver across multiple SAM-related toolsets.
