About this role

This position is a seasoned expert in Human Resource Generalist discipline, working independently to interpret and explain human resources policies. The ideal candidate will assist leadership in addressing performance and recognition issues and coordinate with employees regarding intermediate/complex employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements talent management, total rewards, and labor and employee relations programs using best practices to enhance employee engagement.
  • Addresses basic to complex HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees in multiple areas of the organization.
  • Monitors market trends and implements HR plans to address development needs in assigned departments or business units.
  • Manages the development of human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Collaborates across functions and with Labor and Employee Relations specialists to understand and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Advises executives and managers within assigned departments or business units on effective ways to conduct individual performance appraisals based on input from Talent Management specialists.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR Business partnering experience.
  • Masters in Psychology/MBA in HR from a reputed institute.
