ServiceNow ITSM Technical Lead Job Description

Kenvue is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Technical Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. As a key member of our Technology & Data organization, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of Kenvue's ServiceNow ITSM product, including roadmap and vision.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with ITSM process owners to deliver ITSM capabilities that meet the needs of the Technology & Data organization.
  • Manage foundational ITSM data, including CMDB, and develop technology and automation-driven strategies to maintain high levels of data quality.
  • Lead a team of direct reports and managed service providers to deliver architecture, development, testing, quality, and operations needs.
  • Collaborate with ITSM and Technology & Data stakeholders to deliver new capabilities from ideation to deployment.
  • Advocate for technology and innovation, identifying new and emerging technologies to deliver business needs.
  • Develop and coach direct reports to cultivate talent within Technology & Data.
  • Establish metrics and measures for performance of ITSM capabilities, including levels of technical debt.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and financials across ITSM technology capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of progressive technology experience, including 5+ years as a ServiceNow technical product owner, platform owner, or architect.
  • Expert knowledge in the ServiceNow platform and capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing technology and innovation to solve business challenges.
  • Experience working in and/or leading Product, Agile, and Scrum teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both executives and technicians.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
