Many deals fail to meet their objectives or even minimize value due to poor preparation for the deal process. As businesses adapt to unique challenges, the traditional view of value optimization needs an overhaul.

- Reporting Manager - Partner/ Director
- Experience - At least 2 years of relevant experience into Operational Due Diligence and Transformation
- Qualification - CA/MBA
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement Delivery:
- Responsible for managing and delivering Post Merger Integration/ Carve-out/ Operational Assessment projects.
- Interact with leadership/ CXOs at clients during project delivery
- Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within our organization.
- Drive business development and practice management initiatives
- Ability to work seamlessly with global teams (at client end as well as our organization)
- Technical Skills-
- Business Development/Upsell:
- Support the partner/director in building the practice in the north region
- Have experience in planning & implementation of at least 2-3 integration/separations of various front office and back office functions
- Deliver project management engagements - strong PMO skills and ability to work in high-pressure deals environment
- Understand complex deal situations and its implications on the client's/target's business model
- Behavioural Skills :
- Build collaborative working relationships at all levels, establishing credibility both internally and externally
- Self-starter with strong ability to drive decision making and stakeholder management
- Maintain business relationships
