- Collaborate with customer support teams to address quality-related customer inquiries and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, QA Tester, or similar role.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Advanced knowledge of testing techniques for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify quality improvement opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is advantageous.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
