Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our Guest Experience department in delivering outstanding products and services that meet the highest brand standards.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, fostering partnerships with other departments, and promoting a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in front office and guest service, with a proven track record in luxury hotels. A bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field is preferred, along with fluency in English.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹ 2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
