Role Overview
This full-time on-site position for a Strategic Sales Professional is based in Chennai, India. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve common goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside International Sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Inside sales and lead generation skills
- Sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sales software (a plus)
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
