As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating real estate opportunities, managing site selection metrics, and negotiating leases to secure the best locations for our brand.
You will work closely with stakeholders, including franchisees, retail teams, and sales departments, to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve our business objectives.
Your expertise in competitor and market analysis, lease negotiations, and property management will drive our growth strategy forward.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will develop and maintain relationships with landlords, mall owners, and property dealers to optimize our store portfolio and drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, evaluating rent pricing strategies, and interacting with developers and property consultants to stay ahead of market trends.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
