Business Development Executive

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at 2coms in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and appointing dealers for deeper market penetration and reaching in-depth market share.

The ideal candidate will have a Graduate degree (B.Com / B.Sc) and a Postgraduate degree or diploma in Marketing Management, with an experience of 4-6 years in Channel Sales preferably from the admixture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing sales plans and implementing appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales
  • Overseeing sale activities of products to achieve increased sales growth and maximized volume and value growth
  • Assisting dealers in achieving targets and providing them with training
  • Ensuring the seeding of new products in the right channel
  • Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional programs for brand building
  • Ensuring profitability of dealers in alignment with organization's policies and interest
  • Making a territory monitoring report every month including competitor's activities
  • Conducting retail audits to assess market potential and estimation of sale of competitors

Requirements:

  • Age profile: max 35 years
  • Postgraduate degree or diploma in Marketing Management
  • 4-6 years of experience in Channel Sales preferably from the admixture industry

Salary Estimate: ₹30,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
