Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Projects Execution Lead to join our team at Titan Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of projects at the regional level, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of projects at the regional level, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and finance, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, consultants, and architects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in retail civil project management.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines to manage.
