Cloud Technology: Experience with project management of development teams in major cloud technology modernization initiatives and programs.

SQL Development: Strong knowledge of SQL Development/Datawarehouse experience, business requirements elicitation, data analysis.

Automation and Continuous Improvements: Understanding and knowledge of Automation and Continuous Improvements.

SaaS Environment: Experience developing IT solutions in a SaaS environment including know how of application configuration/development.

Domain Knowledge: Strong domain knowledge on pharma around areas like distribution supply chain.

System Development Life Cycle: Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies.

IT Service Management: Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Architecture and Design: Understanding of architecture, design principles to guide the development team.

Required Experience

Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in leading projects or programs with varying complexities under different tech stacks.

Total IT Experience: Minimum 12 years of total IT experience.

Capacity Management and Project Estimation: Proven track record in capacity management and project estimation.

Technical Knowledge: Strong background having breadth of experience and technical knowledge.

Team Leadership: Lead teams to rationalize, optimize and support applications for maximum speed and scalability with industry best practices.

Regulated Industry: Proven experience leading a team in a regulated industry including but not limited to, understanding regulations, SOPs, computer systems validation, and change control.

Preferred Skills: Preferred to have experience / interest related to Pharma domain and preferred certification in one of fields PMP, PMI, PRINCE II, Safe , CSM, SEI etc and knowledge in ITIL, Service Now, JIRA and having Supply chain domain knowledge related to Pharma especially around Warehousing, Clinical Drug Delivery & Supply would be a huge plus.
