About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Sales Executive, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify, source, and secure both long-term and short-term pest control and prevention business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of pest control services to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Collect and process customer feedback to improve service delivery.

Administration and Accounts:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate accounts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of pest control services and industry trends.
