This is a remote position that requires a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads through outbound campaigns within assigned territories.
Your Area of Responsibility:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and meet sales targets.
· Understand the company offering and communicate brand identity and corporate position effectively.
· Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in the company's products or services.
· Understand prospects' needs and requirements and respond to their requests for more information.
· Record daily sales activities in a CRM to track interactions with prospects and customers.
· Collaborate with team members to determine necessary sales approaches and route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives.
· Maintain and expand a database of prospects within assigned territories.
· Attend periodic sales and product training sessions.
Requirements:
· Proven 1-2 years of sales development experience.
· Willingness to make dozens of outbound cold calls each day.
· Self-motivation, high energy, and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
· High level of integrity and work ethic.
· Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
· Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day.
· Experience working on a CRM.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong listening and presentation skills.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Bachelor of Engineering preferred.
· Prior experience in supply chain management or transportation and logistics preferred.
