Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure and deploy recruiting management and onboarding processes.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders to capture current and future-state needs.
  • Create functional specifications and design documents including fit-gap analyses between current business processes and SF features.
  • Configure system components such as job requisitions templates, candidate workflows, offer management and onboarding flows.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure roles, permissions, access and compliance are addressed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP and 5+ years of exclusive experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • At least one full end-to-end implementation of RCM and ONB 2.0.
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting lifecycle including job requisitions, candidate workflows, interviews and offer management.
