Strategic Business Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for driving business growth and development. They should have a proven track record of success in sales and be confident in building relationships with new and existing clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Familiarizing themselves with the company's products and services.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued business with the company.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to secure revenue.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing client feedback and implementing necessary changes.
The successful candidate will have extensive sales experience and be intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior. They will be able to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. A professional yet affable disposition, neat, well-groomed appearance, and great networking skills are also essential.
