Finance Operations Expertise

  • Manage and oversee the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and preparing required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; present findings to management.

Compliance & Governance Support

  • Ensure adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations.
  • Support finance operations improvements, establish best practices for efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration & Project Support

  • Work closely with finance team members, auditors, and external parties to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
  • Provide support for finance-related projects, including process improvements and system upgrades.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Mandatory: CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
