Cybersecurity Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Strategy Lead to drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive Global Security Operations Center (SOC) strategy. This strategic leadership role will play a key part in enhancing our global cybersecurity posture and fostering strong relationships with international clients.

Languages Required:

  • Bilingual (Japanese & English)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and establish a scalable, resilient Global SOC framework
  • Lead architecture, vendor selection, and integration of SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and EDR tools
  • Manage 24/7 SOC operations including incident detection, response & recovery
  • Conduct threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and forensic investigations
  • Act as the primary cybersecurity liaison for international clients
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and other global standards

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SIEM (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Google SecOps, QRadar, etc.)
  • Hands-on knowledge of SOAR platforms
  • Experience in Threat Hunting & Threat Intelligence
  • Proficiency with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, Trellix, Trend Micro, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of Network Security (NGFW, Zero Trust, IDS/IPS)
  • Proven track record in SOC leadership & Global MDR setup

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Establishing a scalable Global SOC framework
  2. Leading architecture, vendor selection, and integration of security tools
  3. Managing 24/7 SOC operations, including incident detection and response
  4. Conducting threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and forensic investigations

Qualifications Include:

  1. 12-16 years of experience in cybersecurity
  2. Strong expertise in SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools
  3. Experience in threat hunting and threat intelligence
  4. Knowledge of network security and zero trust concepts
