We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join our team at BSI, driving business growth and excellence in quality management standards.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

As an Operations Manager at BSI, you will be responsible for managing a team of assessors who conduct audits and assessments against various industry standards. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to improve their business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a team of assessors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • To develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • To provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as business administration or operations management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the quality management or auditing sector
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity software
