Job Description

At Insights Opinion, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage and streamline pre-sales processes, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and client needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Development & Management: Create compelling and customized presentations, case studies, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of reusable content for efficiency in future proposal generation.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Manage and update the RFQ (Request for Quotation) tracker to monitor proposal submission progress and outcomes.
  • Analyze proposal outcomes to improve the RFP submission-to-win ratio and generate actionable insights for the team.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to incorporate project outcomes, learnings, and feedback into future proposals.
  • Ensure timely updates and alignment across departments for seamless project execution and client delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively follow up with clients on submitted proposals, address queries, and gather feedback to build strong client relationships.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure that client needs are understood and met effectively.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in pre-sales processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and success rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal management software is a plus.
