Appnit Technologies is a mobile internet company providing services for mobile phone users and carrier-grade solutions for telecom operators.

In this role, you will cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships within the Emerging Business vertical, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to deepen engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Key account management and new customer acquisition in the existing/emerging market categories and conversion of leads
  • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
  • Customer relationship management
  • Build and manage existing business pipeline and generate Cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases- Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Experience in FinTech / KYC / Technology organizations
  • Experience in a startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
  • Fair understanding of payments and KYC space, preferably from KYC platforms
  • Hunting and Key account management role in previous organization
  • Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
  • Strong business acumen and product expertise
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the payments landscape, with direct experience in product-focused sales being a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Basic SQL knowledge
  • Excellent command over English in both verbal and comprehension skills

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,500,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
