Job Overview:

The Assistant Manager-Accounts plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations with bank receipts for Ample Group entities.

Responsibilities include overseeing routine retail collection accounting team activities to guarantee 100% reconciliation of collection tenders with bank receipts, as well as managing employee claims and recoveries.

Daily Bank Reconciliation is a key aspect of this role, requiring the Assistant Manager-Accounts to ensure daily bank reconciliation of Ample group entities by supporting store sales teams for customer receipt confirmation and related activities.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Assistant Manager-Accounts will design, implement, and enhance Store Collection Accounting processes in ERP Automation, migrating manual processes to systems for better service delivery.
