Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Solutions Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing winning proposals, creating bid plans, and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals that showcase our company's capabilities and strengths in the insurance domain.
- Bid Management: Develop and execute bid plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content.
- Capture Management: Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capture business from existing and new clients.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Pipeline Generation: Generate new leads and business opportunities through proactive outreach, engagement with analysts and advisors, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge collateral, including brochures, case studies, and presentations, to support solution walkthroughs and sales pitches.
- Demonstrations: Coordinate client visits, create strong brand images, and develop collateral for client presentations.
- Due Diligence: Participate in on-site due diligence activities to validate solutions and make necessary changes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Build sales plans, track pipeline activity, and provide periodic analysis and insights into successes and failures.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12+ years in international BPO/consulting environments, with expertise in the insurance domain.
- Skills: Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
