We have a dedicated education and upskilling program targeted at academia and industry, known as QpiAI-Explorer. Our team is seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative department and contribute to our branding and marketing efforts.

Job Summary

We require a skilled and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 1-2 years of experience to produce visually engaging content for our social media platforms and branding materials. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to create content that captivates and engages our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create visually appealing static posters, banners, and other graphic elements for social media and online campaigns.
  2. Design branding collaterals including brochures, flyers, business cards, and other marketing materials.
  3. Evaluate consistency of brand identity across all visual content.
  4. Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, including promotional videos, product demos, and other marketing content.
  5. Add strategic effects, transitions, and video elements to enhance engagement and viewer retention.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or any other similar software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for online courses, websites, and mobile applications.
  2. Enhance user experience by designing intuitive navigation for digital learning platforms and websites.
  3. Maintain and co-develop brand standards and design strategies across all media.
  4. Develop wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team and developers to ensure proper implementation of designs and adjust as needed for technical feasibility.
  6. Conduct user testing to gather feedback on design usability and iterate based on this feedback.
  7. Design infographics, diagrams, and educational illustrations to simplify complex academic content, including PDF and brochure creation.
  8. Create animations and interactive elements to enrich educational content and encourage learner interaction.
  9. Manage graphic assets, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
  10. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies relevant to EdTech.
  11. Oversight of design projects from conception to delivery, managing timelines and coordinating with team members.
  12. Creation of email and WhatsApp template design for promotions, post-sales, and nurturing campaigns.
