IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide timely and effective technical support to users, either via phone, email or in-person
· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identifying and resolving root causes
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
· Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge bases
· Analyze and identify trends in technical incidents and suggest solutions to prevent future occurrences

Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology)
· 4-6 years of overall experience in IT, with a focus on technical support and troubleshooting
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical issues into manageable parts
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups, including internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers
· Proficiency in relevant technologies, such as SAP MM, and familiarity with IT service management frameworks and tools
