Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients regarding drug safety and pharmacovigilance matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information on adverse events, product inquiries, and medical information requests.
  • Document all interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Evaluate and resolve complex inquiries or adverse events with the support of the drug safety team.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
Requirements
  • BPharma or MPharma Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical information call handling
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Willingness to relocate to Mysore, Karnataka
What We Offer

Competitive salary up to 5 Lakhs INR per annum
