Job Title

Fund Accounting Manager is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the preparation, analysis, and dissemination of financial information for funds. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial reporting software, and excellent communication skills to manage large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of Financial Information:
  • Prepare accurate and complete financial reports for investors and stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the fund's capital call and distribution processes, including journal entries and investor allocation.
  • Collect and analyze financial data from various sources and prepare periodic reports for investors and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Accounting certification such as Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA is desired.
  • 5 plus years of experience in fund reporting, accounting and control.
  • Knowledge of fund accounting principles and the ability to maintain accurate and complete capital account records.
