Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • Manage current B2B partnerships for smooth lead flow and partner satisfaction;
  • Aquire new fintech partners and negotiate agreements;
  • Grow the Affiliate network, set performance targets, track metrics, and provide training to drive qualified lead flow/ traffic through Affiliates;
  • Ensure efficient lead transfer and qualification, analyze data for insights, and collaborate with Product and Tech for seamless platform integration;
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance to align partnership goals with company objectives, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred);
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership management or business development, ideally in fintech or financial services;
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
