Strategic Career Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Career Development Manager to join our team at Digital Nest. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic career plans that drive successful outcomes for our students.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the corporate HR landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic career plans that meet the needs of our students and partners
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporates, alumni, and trainers
- Work closely with our marketing and admissions teams to promote our services and attract new customers
- Manage and support student career services, including career counselling, grooming, and interview preparation
- Create new placement partners and manage existing ones to increase placements and internships
- Onboard recruiters on job portal platforms and ensure smooth recruitment processes
- Plan and execute strategic activities, including guest lectures, student trainings, conclaves, and workshops
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a Corporate Sales Role or similar field
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills
- Track record in meeting recruitment targets
- Strong negotiation and corporate engagement skills
- Ability to plan and execute strategic activities
- Experience in providing career counselling to students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in multitasking and organizational skills
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad, India
Package: ₹7-10 LPA + Variable (₹3 -4 LPA)
